It's mostly for farming builds but many for farming specific mobs for greens.

I don't really do many chest runs myself, the thing I do trade Imperial Commendations for Forbidden keys and then do the chests in "Raisu Palace" probably not the easiest one to do but it's a way to get some use of the Imperial Commendations.

Yeah, just chest run with 1 person. Tons of chests will pop up.

try Ring of Fire you can get plenty of Gold Armors in Chest..
and Ettin near Beeltun plenty of drops there.
